CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be requested by email to the Technical Secretariat no later than February 11, 2026.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after February 11, 2026.

VERY IMPORTANT

The final value of the fee to be applied will be computed based on the date it is deposited in the bank, not on the date the registration is made. All registrations that remain unpaid on the date of the fee change will be replaced by the fees corresponding to the next tier. Previously issued proforma invoices will lose their validity and will be modified accordingly.
