*To qualify for the student rate, it is essential to prove your status as a PhD student by attaching an updated certificate issued by your supervisor or study center confirming your status. Your status as a resident is understood to be as of the course date, not the registration date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be requested by email to the Technical Secretariat no later than February 11, 2026.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after February 11, 2026.
